Peter Wilson
Peter Wilson, BA (Hons), MA, LLB, LLM, has more than 45 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. He was in private practice and General Counsel of a Fortune 500 global IT company for over two decades. He is currently a law instructor in the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, teaching various business-related courses. He is also a guest instructor in Osgoode Hall Law School’s Professional Development Centre, and has taught in the Global Professional LLM and Internationally Trained Lawyer programs in the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, and the Paralegal Studies Program at Humber Polytechnic. Peter is the contributing author of Annotated Business Agreements and co-author of The Corporate Counsel Guide to Employment Law. Peter has also contributed materials to a number of legal publications, including Proof of Facts, Doing Business in Canada, O’Brien’s Encyclopedia of Forms, and Practical Law Canada. Peter received the Ontario Bar Association Linda Adlam Manning Award for Volunteerism in 2001.
