Pauline Giovannetti

Pauline Giovannetti (LL.M., J.D.) recently completed her tenure as a full-time law professor at Sheridan College’s School of Public Safety in the Faculty of Applied Health and Community Studies. As an instructor, she had the pleasure of developing and leading courses in civil and criminal advocacy, alternate dispute resolution, legal writing, and legal accounting. After attending Toronto Metropolitan University’s Bachelor of Business Management program, Pauline earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar. After working in the field of legal publishing, Pauline returned to Osgoode Hall and holds a Master of Laws. Her studies focused on Constitutional law, Indigenous law, and dispute resolution. Her specific areas of practice, education, and personal interest are civil litigation and Indigenous rights, reconciliation, and emerging legal developments in this field.
