Palma Paciocco
Palma Paciocco is an associate professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She holds an SJD from Harvard Law School, BCL and LLB degrees from the McGill Faculty of Law, and a BA (Hons) from the McGill Faculty of Arts. She served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Louise Charron of the Supreme Court of Canada and is called to the bars of Ontario and New York. Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of evidence law, criminal law and theory, criminal procedure, sentencing, and professional ethics, and she is co-author of The Law of Evidence (Irwin Law Inc, UTP).
