Mohamed F. Khimji
Mohamed F. Khimji is the dean of the Faculty of Law at Western University. Previously, he was the inaugural holder of the David Allgood Professorship in Business Law at Queen’s University, where he held several senior leadership roles, including director of the Queen’s Business Law Program, associate dean for academic policy, and associate dean for graduate studies. His research focuses on corporate law, commercial transactions, and legal issues relevant to the music industry. A recognized expert in business law, he has received significant research funding, including grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, to support his work. As an academic leader, he is committed to advancing legal education through innovation, fostering interdisciplinary research that informs policy, and building an engaged and connected community.
