Miranda McKie is the CEO of McKie Consultants Inc., a firm specializing in HR analytics, diversity-driven data solutions, training, and inclusive product design. She collaborates with organizations across industries—from start-ups to global enterprises—empowering them to harness data for achieving strategic goals. A 2020 recipient of Catalyst Canada’s Emerging Leader Award, Miranda is celebrated for her groundbreaking work in leveraging data and artificial intelligence to tackle systemic barriers faced by underrepresented groups. She also lectures on people analytics at Canadian universities and co-founded Young Women in Business (YWiB) Toronto, supporting the professional growth of over 1,000 women.
