Maurizio Artale
Maurizio Artale is a lawyer with the City of Mississauga, where he acts as lead counsel for the departments of transit, economic development, business planning, culture, recreation, and fire services, and on select transportation and works files. He also teaches part-time in Seneca’s law clerk and paralegal programs. Before working with the City of Mississauga, he held the position of associate counsel at the Regional Municipality of York. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in June 2013. He received his honours BA in economics from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Guelph. Prior to law school, Maurizio worked in the new home construction industry and as a business development officer for the federal government.
