Lindsay Board

Lindsay Board, JD, is a partner at Daniel Brown Law and practises criminal and constitutional law. She regularly appears at all levels of court in Ontario and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Her practice focuses on complex, serious charges with significant reputational consequences for her clients, with a particular focus on sexual offences. Lindsay was an adjunct professor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law for the Winter 2022 term, teaching a seminar on advanced topics in criminal law. Lindsay is a frequent contributor to judicial education initiatives, is a regular conference panellist, and provides commentary to media outlets on cases of public importance.
