Jessica Collins

Jessica Collins is a workforce analytics consultant at a large public sector organization. Through collaborative projects, Jessica evolves the HR analytics function and enables evidence-based people and equity decision-making. She also teaches meaningful applications of people analytics at a Canadian university to empower students with insights help shape a better future of work. Her experience spans HR functions and strategic HR consulting for organizations of all sizes and industries. Jessica holds a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
