Frank Spizzirri

Frank Spizzirri is the principal of Spizzirri Law, focusing on insolvency law, restructurings and refinancings. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. Frank is the Past Chair of the OBA Insolvency Law Section, Past Chair of the CBA National Bankruptcy Law Section, and Past Chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s International Law Section. In addition to practice and lecturing, Frank is the author of Bankruptcy Law in Canada.
