Elizabeth Adjin-Tettey
Elizabeth Adjin-Tettey, LLB (Hons), LLM, LLM, DJur, is Professor of Law and Associate VicePresident Academic Programs at the University of Victoria. She previously served as Associate Dean, Administration and Research at the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria. Professor Adjin-Tettey’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of torts, remedies, insurance, and critical race and feminist theories, and she has written several articles and book chapters in these areas. She is co-author of Personal Injury Damages in Canada, 3rd ed (with Ken CooperStephenson; Toronto: Thomson Reuters, 2018) and Remedies: The Law of Damages, 4th ed (with Jamie Cassels; Toronto: Irwin UTP, 2026). She was the editor of the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest—Insurance (General), 2016.
