Emond Publishing, a leading Canadian law publisher since 1978, is looking for a full-time
Account Executive, Higher Education & Law School, to join our sales team in
Toronto, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities include
Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales and Marketing, and working closely with other members of the Emond team you will be required to:
- Proactively promote, sell, and service our print and digital products through Teams calls, on-campus visits, technology demonstrations, email and phone.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records, analyze customer data, create & track opportunities both new and current within Zoho CRM database.
- Coordinate/develop/execute sales solutions with marketing, publishing and IT teams.
- Plan, prioritize and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals and activity requirements.
- Exhibit proficient use of technology including digital learning and communication tools.
- Represent Emond at conferences, professional development workshops, etc.
- Participate in national sales meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of successful sales or customer interaction experience.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new and varied job tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Superior time management skills
- Competitive, self-motivated and goal oriented
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to travel on occasion as business warrants
- Possession of a valid driver’s license

Commitment and Compensation
- Job type: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Remote/hybrid with option to work in our Toronto office located in midtown

- Compensation: $50,000.00 /year + bonus
